We check documents related to the client’s receivables, check the debtor in the central record of executions and the business and insolvency register, draft of pre-action notices through our law office, legal representation in out-of-court proceedings, filing of lawsuits and motions to issue a payment order, and filing of execution motions including representation before the bailiff. For permanent clients or in the case of a large number of claims, we offer preferential terms of legal representation with low costs for the collection of claims. We also offer training on the prevention and securing of receivables based on our many years of experience in representing clients.

You can park directly on Veveří Street near the office in the blue marked zones or around the corner on Sokolská Street. One hour of parking is free, and another half hour is charged at 15 crowns. To register, you can use the parking machine, which is located directly opposite the office, or you can tell us the registration number of our car and we will take care of everything in the comfort of the office and for free.
